B & B accommodation near Barnstaple

We are a family run 300 acre working beef and sheep farm.

Upon your arrival, Hilary and family will welcome you with tea and refreshments.

You will arrive at a gravel drive onto a tarmac entrance and grass car park. We have spaces for 6 cars.

The farmhouse is located immediately in front of you. The front door is on the left with a step into the house, and two steps down from the entrance hall to the lower hall through a narrow doorway. (Unfortunately this is not suitable for a wheelchair.)

The dining room is on the right, the lounge is on the left, with a conservatory in front of you.

We are situated 8 miles from Barnstaple, our main town in North Devon, and 8 miles from South Molton.

The nearest train station is Barnstaple or Tiverton Parkway (26 miles away) has better connections.

A bus service passes on Tuesday and Friday.

Fishing, Golf and Horse Riding are all locally available and moorland walks across Exmoor or the picturesque coastal paths are readily accessible.

Local attractions include; Exmoor Zoo, Quince Honey Farm, Cobbaton Combat Collection, Watermouth Castle, Dartington Crystal and The Milky Way Adventure Park.
